Using SellerGuard
Overview
Your home screen: a setup checklist until you are connected, reimbursements recovered and pending, what we are working on, shipping alerts, recent reviews and any invoices we need.
Start here each week and follow the links to anything that needs you.
Open in the appOpportunities and Reimbursements
Opportunities lists each item we are working on, with any document we need from you. Reimbursements shows each claim we filed, its status, and what Amazon paid.
You upload only the proof we ask for on the Invoices page. We file the claims.
Open in the appShipments, Suppliers and Issues
Add an FBA shipment to follow the carrier and Amazon’s receiving. Alerts show when a shipment comes in short, stays unreceived, or is flagged for a prep or labeling defect.
Suppliers is a scorecard of each supplier’s shipment timing and issues. Issues collects shipment problems in one list.
Open in the appReviews and Removals
Review insights groups praise, problems and requests by SKU and by week, so you can spot a product or listing problem early.
Removals: upload seller feedback or reviews, and we draft removal requests. Nothing is submitted until you approve it, and SellerGuard never submits on its own.
Open in the appAccount health
Account health readings such as on-time delivery for the period you pick, with a comparison period beside each bar.
Open in the appInventory and Expiration
Inventory flags SKUs approaching an aged-inventory surcharge, units 181 days or older, and stranded units, from the inventory files on file.
Expiration shows dated units near Amazon’s check-in and removal windows, using expiry dates from prep on each outbound shipment.
Open in the appRecaps, Business buyers and Fees
Each Monday recap covers the week before: recovered and pending reimbursements, new claims, shipment changes, reviews and inventory alerts. The monthly roll-up shows recovered totals, the 10% fee and the net.
Business buyers shows Amazon Business sales beside consumer sales from the report you upload. Fees and invoices appear in the app once billing is switched on.
Open in the appTeam
The account owner can invite teammates as editors or viewers. Viewers can read; editors can upload and approve. Billing stays with the owner.
Open in the appSoonComing soon
Per-product profit, Buy Box and hijacker alerts, restock forecasting, ad monitoring, fee audits, returns tracking, account issues and listing alerts, and Walmart Marketplace later. These are planned and not part of SellerGuard today.
FAQ
What is SellerGuard?
SellerGuard finds and files FBA reimbursement claims for US Amazon sellers, and puts shipments, review insights, account health and inventory alerts in one dashboard. It is run by 360 Products LLC dba iFulfill and Ship in Mansfield, PA. SellerGuard is an independent service; Amazon does not endorse, sponsor, or operate it.
What does it cost?
30 days free with no card required. A claim filed during the trial does not accrue a success fee, even if Amazon pays it later. After the trial, $49/month includes alerts, account health, inventory and review tools, and counts toward a 10% fee on what we recover from claims filed after the trial. Each month after the trial you pay the greater of $49 or 10% of what we recovered that month. For example, $2,000 recovered is $200 total (not $249), and a month with nothing recovered is $49. Reimbursements Amazon pays on its own, without a claim we file, are not part of the fee. See the Pricing page.
How is the fee billed?
After the trial, a card is required to continue. You get one invoice a month for the greater of $49 or 10% of what we recovered that month, due on receipt and charged automatically to the saved payment method. Nothing is charged during the trial. The monthly recap is a summary, not the invoice.
What can you see and do in my account?
You add claims@getsellerguard.com as a user with view-only permissions: Inventory: View; Reports (FBA and Fulfillment reports): View; Payments: View; Cases / Seller Support: View. We read the reports needed to find claims and open cases for the claims we file. We never change your listings or prices.
Does Amazon pay me or you?
Amazon pays reimbursements to your seller account. We do not receive the money. Our success fee is invoiced to you separately.
How long do claims take?
Amazon decides each claim on its own timeline, so we cannot promise a date. Each claim's status shows on the Reimbursements page from filed to approved or denied, and the Monday recap lists what changed.
What if a claim is denied?
A denied claim shows as denied on the Reimbursements page. If more proof could help, we ask you for that specific document. A denied claim carries no success fee.
Do I need to upload all my invoices?
No. Upload only the invoices or proof we request for specific claims, on the Invoices page.
Can I invite teammates?
Yes. The account owner invites teammates from Team as editors (can upload and approve) or viewers (read only). Billing stays with the owner.
How is my data protected?
Access to Seller Central is view-only and you control it. Your SellerGuard login supports an authenticator app for two-step sign-in on the Account page. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
How do I cancel or remove your access?
There is no contract term. Tell us to stop and we stop filing. You can remove claims@getsellerguard.com from Seller Central User Permissions at any time.
Do you support Walmart or other marketplaces?
Today SellerGuard is for US Amazon sellers on Amazon.com, FBA and FBM. Walmart Marketplace is on the roadmap for later and is not live yet.
How do I contact support?
