About

SellerGuard is operated by 360 Products. It is powered by iFulfill and Ship, the fulfillment partner. iFulfill and Ship (IFAS) is an FDA-registered prep center and third-party logistics provider, and an Amazon service provider. The public site is planned at getsellerguard.com, with the app at app.getsellerguard.com.

The reimbursement service reviews seller records and files claims. Sellers keep their own Amazon accounts. Staff at 360 Products record the case, the amounts, and what was recovered.

SellerGuard is independent of Amazon. Amazon does not endorse, sponsor, or operate this service.

Feedback, review tracking, and profit analytics are planned. They are not part of this release, and this app does not connect to an Amazon seller account yet.
