This placeholder describes what SellerGuard is built to store. It is not a finished privacy notice.

The reimbursement check collects a name, email, company, Amazon marketplace, approximate monthly FBA units, Seller ID, and notes. Accounts add a password or an email sign-in link. Invoices (PDF or images) are stored in a private bucket. Claims record case IDs, SKUs, ASINs, quantities, and amounts.

A client can see their own records. Staff at 360 Products, which operates SellerGuard, can see client records and the audit log when they have an admin role. Row-level security enforces that split in the database. Invoice links are short-lived signed URLs.

Card numbers are not collected in this release. Amazon seller tokens are not collected in this release.
